We are excited to announce the launch of our new Customer Support and Self Help System (CSSS) to be released on September 14th. Our team has been hard at work to bring both our customers and their vendors a system that provides a new level of support when using the TRACK Platform.
Some of the exciting features to come with the CSSS are:
- TRACK Help and CSSS integration
- Self-service including Quick Reference Guides (QRG) and Support Help Guides
- Support Ticket Submission via Ticket Forms and Chat Bot
- Support Tickets and Activity Management
