Software & License Requests (Adobe Acrobat Pro, Crystal Reports, Copilot, Power BI)

Adobe Acrobat Pro license: submit a service request to MCi IT Support with your name, department, and business justification. Once your manager approves, IT will assign the license and send install instructions.

Copilot license request: email MCiITSupport@mccorp.com and get manager approval. Once approved, IT assigns the license and provides setup steps.

Crystal Reports: installed alongside SSMS. On Windows, install directly; on macOS, it requires the same Parallels Windows VM setup used for SSMS — see Install SSMS (and Crystal Reports) on macOS.

Power BI Copilot not working: check your internet connection, update Power BI to the latest version, restart the app, clear the cache, confirm you have the necessary Copilot permissions, and verify Copilot is enabled in Power BI settings. Reinstall Power BI if the issue persists, then escalate to IT support.
