Effective TODAY October 1, 2020 – MCi’s Customer Support System (CSS) is replaced by Zendesk

- Go to https://mcisupport.managementcontrols.com/access/help to create your password. Your username remains the same.
- You will continue to submit tickets either:
- By emailing helpdesk@tracksoftware.com (note: this email address is the same as what you have been using and has not change, i.e., it will be repointed to Zendesk and will automatically create a Zendesk ticket from your email).
- Logging directly into Zendesk (vs. Kayako) and submit a ticket.
Note: You will be using https://mcisupport.managementcontrols.com to log into Zendesk CSS. You will not create a new account. - Note: All open Kayako tickets will be migrated to Zendesk.
- Effective October 01, 2020, the email TrackSupport@tracksoftware.net will no longer be available to submit help desk tickets, please continue to use helpdesk@tracksoftware.com to submit tickets via email.
- https://support.tracksoftware.com will be available for Knowledgebase articles
- Tickets must be created and updated via Zendesk – requests made to the tickets in Kayako will not be addressed
